Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named User Generated Stories
Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Service refers to the Application.
Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service. This Terms and Conditions agreement has been created with the help of the .

User Contact Information and Client Communications
By using the Service and providing your contact information (such as an email address or phone number) for authentication, communication, or access to app features, You acknowledge and agree that this information may be shared with the institution or organization (our “Client”) that has partnered with Guru Experience LLC to provide the Service.
Our Clients may use your contact information to send communications about their own exhibitions, events, promotions, or updates in accordance with their own privacy practices. Guru Experience LLC does not control, and is not responsible for, how Clients use or manage your information after it has been shared with them.
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. However, by accessing or using this Service, You consent to the sharing of your contact information with the applicable Client institution, who may use it for direct communications or marketing purposes.
If you have questions about how a particular Client uses your data or wish to opt out of communications from them, you must contact the Client directly.
Messaging Terms
By opting into SMS messages during the event sign-up process, you consent to receive text messages from Guru Experience related solely to that specific event or ticketing experience. Message frequency may vary and message/data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. These messages may include reminders, entry instructions, or updates specific to the event.
Your contact information (including your phone number) will be shared with the client organization hosting the event. Guru Experience is not responsible for how the client may use your information beyond the scope of this service. Please refer to the client’s own privacy policy or contact them directly for questions regarding their use of your data.
To stop receiving SMS messages from Guru related to this event, reply STOP at any time. For support, reply HELP or contact us at support@guruexperience.co.
